MX Connect Release Version (December 3, 2024)

Features

Sequential MID Support for Government Partners

Added support for assigning sequential Merchant IDs (MIDs) under unique Association IDs for government partners. This feature streamlines government boarding processes and includes permissions to restrict access.

Enhancements

ACH Reject Handling Bulk Actions

Introduced a "Bulk Actions" button (MXC-6844) and checkboxes (MXC-6845) for ACH Reject Handling. These features allow users to apply actions such as status changes, memos, and fees to multiple rejects simultaneously. Dropdowns for these options enhance UI clarity and usability.

Risk Review Screen Updates

Enhanced Risk Review screens with accurate risk score breakdowns for sub-merchants under parent MIDs (MXC-6930, MXC-6983). Dynamic updates to graphs and reports improve usability and risk assessment accuracy.

Improved Client Grid Export Functionality

Enhanced the Clients grid export by separating key fields (e.g., business names, addresses, and labels) into distinct columns. This update simplifies workflows and provides organized, detailed information.

Partner Dashboard Widget Enhancements

Partner Dashboard widgets (Volume, Underwriting Counts, Top Merchants with Disputes, and Top Accounts by Products) now link to detailed pages. Enhancements include improved navigation, chart functionality, breadcrumbs, and dynamic date pickers.

Bug Fixes

History Tab for Bulk Actions

Resolved an issue where updates made through Bulk Actions were not reflected in the History tab. Changes are now consistently tracked and visible.

Error in Calculation View on Risk Review Screen

Fixed a bug preventing the Calculation View from loading on the Risk Review screen. Data now displays correctly without errors.

Monthly Volume Reports for Fiserv North

Addressed an issue where Fiserv North volumes were not calculated in Monthly Volume reports. The widget now reflects accurate data post-April 2024.

Risk Flag Logic for Monthly Volume Exceeded

Updated the logic for the โ€œExceeded Monthly Volumeโ€ risk flag to trigger when a merchantโ€™s 30-day volume exceeds their approved monthly volume by at least 20% and $9,999.99. The flagโ€™s label now appears correctly across Risk Review and scoring tabs.
