Features

Automated Case Creation for Passport Merchant Funding

This release introduces automated case creation for Passport Merchant Funding onboarding through integration with MXC’s case management system. A new "Passport Desk" supports three case types: “Unable to Add Passport,” “Boarding Failure,” and “Duplicate EIN.” Cases are routed using a round-robin assignment model based on user skillsets, and system-generated cases are handled by a dedicated MXC user. Additionally, the Product Integration API now dynamically references case metadata via query parameters instead of hardcoded values, improving flexibility and operational efficiency across the case lifecycle.

Enhancements

Persistent Filters During Grid Refresh

To improve user experience and prevent disruption during reporting workflows, MXC now preserves report filter forms during underlying grid data refreshes. The update decouples filter rendering from data refresh logic, ensuring uninterrupted filtering for users and stability during automated testing.

Copy App and Copy Client Support

Support for the Copy App and Copy Client features has been implemented, allowing internal users to duplicate application and client configurations with full validation. This streamlines setup processes and ensures data consistency across replicated entities.

Expanded PayPal MCC Support for Fiserv Omaha

MXC now includes MCC 0742 in the list of PayPal-eligible merchant category codes for Fiserv Omaha. This update eliminates boarding blockers for merchants in this category, expanding PayPal integration coverage and reducing support overhead.

Bugs and Fixes

Start Date Filtering in Applications Grid

Fixed an issue where filtering by start date returned no results even when valid applications were present. The filtering logic was corrected to ensure the Applications grid accurately reflects the selected time range.

Modal Error on Agreements Page

Resolved a modal-related defect on the Agreements page that triggered a generic MXConnect error when closed from the Notes tab. The modal workflow has been updated to handle state cleanly, eliminating the error across QA, UAT, and Sandbox environments.

Passport Product Not Removed During TSYS Boarding

Corrected a display issue where removing the Passport product during TSYS onboarding did not update the Applications grid. The update decouples display logic from product recommendations, ensuring real-time consistency across environments.

Missing Validation on Payroll Client Details

Addressed a validation gap that allowed users to save incomplete client records in the Priority Payroll workflow. Required field validation is now enforced at both the backend and frontend levels to maintain data integrity across all environments.
