MX Connect Release (October 24, 2023)
Release date - October 24, 2023
MX Connect Release Version (October 24, 2023)
-
Improved Export Naming for Fiserv North Captured Report: The exported file for the Fiserv North Captured Report now uses the report name instead of the client’s location name for the .csv file. This change ensures clearer file naming conventions.
-
New Reserve Balance and Suspended Funds Reports: Two new reports have been added under the Fiserv North initiative:
- Reserve Balance Report: Provides reserve data with advanced search, filter, and export options, similar to the Omaha Reserve report.
- Suspended Funds Report: Displays ACH Suspended fund details sourced from the Fiserv Corp File, delivered on the afternoon following the activity day.
-
Merchant Funding Exclusion Settings in Credit Risk Tab: A new "Merchant Funding Exclusion" section allows users with the "Merchant Credit Risk" permission to set daily and monthly volume limits for Fiserv North clients. Updates are automatically synchronized with AccessOne.
-
Reserve Plan Configuration for Fiserv North Clients: Users can now configure reserve plans for Fiserv North clients with tailored inputs for reserve amount, minimum reserve, ceiling, delay days, and notes, ensuring alignment with AccessOne values.
-
"Reporting Only" Partner Classification: Partners designated as "Reporting Only" will be excluded from partner statements and hierarchy calculations. Merchant pay-to and pay-from processes will bypass these partners for seamless integration.
-
New Sentinel Chargeback Management Dashboard: Sentinel has been introduced as a new product in MX Connect, serving as a billing engine for TSYS and Fiserv clients.
-
Product Catalog and Billing Enhancements: Updates were made to the following products for more streamlined billing and catalog management:
- eTab Product: Adjusted catalog fees and enabled UBF/UCF billing.
- Priority CBD Product: Catalog and billing updates to support partner and merchant monthly fees.
- High Risk Account Product: Automated UBF/UCF billing for enhanced efficiency.
-
New MXM POS Product: MXM POS, Priority’s POS device based on the OVVI acquisition, is now available in MX Connect. Integration and billing functionality will follow in future releases.
-
ACH Reject Automation: An ACH Reject handling grid has been introduced under Operations > ACH Reject Handling. While not yet functional, it lays the groundwork for future enhancements.
-
Enhanced 2FA Preferences: Collaboration with MXM ensures 2FA preferences are fully managed by MXM. New users default to "Both" options, resolving prior issues with SMS and email settings.
-
Support for Fiserv Boarding Changes: Adjustments to Fiserv North boarding processes now accommodate the new “AmexOptBlueContactTitle” field requirement, ensuring smooth client onboarding.
-
Fixes for Boarding Failures and Inactivity Fee Logic: Resolved issues with Passport boarding failures and expanded Inactivity Fee logic to support Fiserv North, MXM, and Omaha Weekly authorizations.
