Enhancements
Custom Dashboard Widget Controls
A bug fix was implemented to allow items within widgets on the custom dashboard (e.g., Accounts by Product, Monthly Gross Profit) to be disabled. This provides users with more control over dashboard configurations, enhancing usability and customization options.
Partner Dashboard - Top Partners Report
A new report for top partners was added to the Partner Dashboard, reflecting key metrics such as new, closed, and open accounts. It integrates with global filters and limits results to the top 20 partners. Users can now drill down into partner-specific insights by selecting a partner.
Date Format Fix on Account Trend
Resolved an issue with inconsistent date formatting on the Account Trend dashboard. The fix ensures accurate and consistent display across cumulative and net tabs, improving data clarity.
Exceeded Monthly Volume Risk Flag Changes
The logic for the “Exceeded Monthly Volume” risk flag was updated to trigger when a merchant’s 30-day volume exceeds their approved monthly volume by at least 20% and $9,999.99. The label for this risk flag was also updated and is now displayed correctly across Risk Review and scoring tabs.
Fix for Broken Clearing Widgets
Addressed intermittent "Bad Gateway" errors affecting Clearing widgets on the custom dashboard. Collaboration with the EOS team resolved these issues, improving dashboard stability and performance.
Enhanced Validation for Boarding API
Enhanced the boarding API with validation checks to ensure mandatory fields (e.g., bankNumber) are populated during account onboarding. If required fields are omitted, the API now returns a 400 Bad Request error, preventing downstream errors.
