MX Connect Release Version (January 20, 2025)

Enhancements

Partner Dashboard Accounts Optimization

Optimized API calls for the "Last 6 Months" and "All of Time" date ranges in the Partner Dashboard’s Accounts widget. This update eliminates duplicate and incorrect API calls, ensuring accurate account number display across all time frames.

Fix for Disputes Widget Filtering in Partner Dashboard

Fixed an issue in the "Top Merchants with Disputes" widget where clicking a location name filtered by product instead of location. Now, clicking a location correctly filters disputes by DBA name, aligning with user expectations.

Fix for Missing Fiserv North Product in Underwriting Widget

Resolved an issue where Fiserv North products were not appearing in the Underwriting widget. Backend queries have been updated to ensure consistent data display across the Partner Dashboard and Custom Dashboard.

Fix for Partner Dashboard Time Selector

Adjusted the Partner Dashboard time selector to ensure the end date is correctly set to 23:59:59, aligning with reporting standards and ensuring accurate date range filtering.

Enhancements to Underwriting Counts Report

Improved the Underwriting Counts report by reusing chart data from the Partner Dashboard. Table columns are now sortable, and the "Period" column is the default sort option. Date and number formatting has been standardized across charts and tables.

Fix for Yearly Contracts Billing on Last Schedule

Resolved an issue in the MXM Invoice app where yearly subscription contracts with "Last" set in the "On" field were incorrectly billed monthly instead of yearly. Updates to the scheduling logic ensure contracts follow correct billing intervals.

Cascaded Timeout for Payment Broker

Implemented cascaded timeout adjustments to improve transaction reliability. The broker timeout has been increased to 20 seconds, aligning with the aggregator's timeout of 18 seconds. This ensures transactions time out appropriately and prevents system disruptions.

Fix for KYB Auto Mode Not Pulling Results

Resolved an issue where KYB results were not automatically retrieved for partner accounts set to auto mode. Now, KYB checks are triggered correctly for merchants during onboarding under partners like Quality Assurance Inc.

Fix for Missing Default Values in Risk Score Tab

Fixed a bug where default values for "Exceeded Monthly Volume" and "Abnormal Low Ticket" were missing in the Risk Score tab for MRI products. These values now populate correctly, ensuring consistent risk scoring. The interface has also been updated to allow editing and saving these values.
