MX™ Connect Create Branding

Introduction

Branding in MX Connect controls the logos, colors, and visual elements used in applications, statements, and email communications.
Branding must be created before a partner can complete merchant onboarding.

In this guide, you’ll find:

  • How to create and manage Application, Statement, and Email Branding
  • Step-by-step instructions for adding branding in MX Connect
  • System requirements and notes for each branding type

What is Branding?

Branding defines the visual identity used across partner-facing and merchant-facing features in MX Connect. It is assigned at the partner level and applied to:

  • Application UI (logo and color theme)
  • Merchant Statements
  • Email Templates

MX Connect supports three branding types, each created and managed separately:

  1. Application Branding – Configures the visual style of the partner application interface. This branding is selected on the Delivery page of the application and is referred to as the "Site Template."
  2. Statement Branding – Provides logos and contact information for merchant statements. This branding is required to configure acquiring products and complete merchant onboarding.
  3. Email Branding – Sets the header visuals for email templates. Required before creating email templates.

Note: Both Statement Branding and Application Branding are necessary to complete an application for merchant boarding.
