Hello valued partner, we want to introduce you to the MX™ Connect Boarding API. MX™ Connect is our premier platform for boarding and servicing merchant and agent portfolios. This guide page is the introduction to boarding through MX™ Connect.

Prerequisites

• We recommend that you contact your Relationship / Partner Success Manager at your earliest to schedule a training session with our API development team to ensure a smooth transition to MX™ Connect.
• Have an established partner on MX™ Connect (Which includes Pricing Template, Statement Branding, Welcome Kits, and other interchange rates on our User Interface Product.)

Limitations

• MX ISO/Agent and Vimas XML platforms will be sunset by the end of the 2021 fiscal year and will no longer be supported
• Legacy configurations and integrations are not automatically migrated to MX™ Connect and must be reconfigured
• Access to new features and platform enhancements is available only via MX™ Connect
• Only users with appropriate partner hierarchy (e.g., D0 level) can access and manage all downstream partner configurations
