MXConnect Login Guide

Introduction

In this section, you will learn how to login to the MX Connect plaform with valid Partner credentials.

• Valid parnter account with MXConnect.
• Access to the MX Connect platform

Accessing MXConnect

Signing In With Username and Password

1. Go to the MX Connect™ and enter your Username and Password that was provided to you for your partner login.

2. Click Login

3. If two-factor authentication is enabled, the method you selected upon setting up two-factor will appear (The method of calling the user is shown below for authenticating).

5. Click Verify and Contine.
6. You will now be logged into the MX Connect platform.

Please note:

• If, at any time, you forget your password, click Forgot Password? to start the password reset process.
• If you'd like the app to preemptively enter your Username and Password next time you sign in, check the box Remember me on this computer. Otherwise, you'll need to reenter your information manually.
• Every time you sign in, the system will send a login code or prompt depending on the authenthication method that you chose upon setup. Make sure that you enter the most recent one to avoid reusing old codes, which are no longer valid.
